What are your dice made of?

Resin, alcohol inks, and inclusions varying from mica powder, interference powder, opal flakes, metallic foils, dried florals, etc.

Are dice with inclusions unbalanced?

Inclusions are all roughly the same density as the resin, so they don’t really affect the balance. Balance is more a function of interior voids and edge sharpness, unless you’re intentionally putting heavier inclusions in your dice.

Where do you get your masters and molds?

We 3D print our own custom masters with a SLA resin printer, and make slab molds with SC 37 silicone.

Does resin age?

Resin does oxidize and change over time. We advice to store your dice in an area that doesn’t get a lot of heat or direct sunlight so the resin doesn’t yellow with age.

Lighting does all the difference for how dice look. We have 3 pictures on each listing, showing our dice under different lighting. First image is natural lighting, second image is indoor lighting, and third image is studio lighting.

When does shipping occur?

Twice a month. We ship within the first week of the month for trickling orders that come in after the initial dice drop, and in the middle of the month for later orders. However, if you place your order after the 19th, it won’t be shipped until after that month’s dice drop.

Does shipping come with tracking?

Domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class and tracked. International orders are shipped USPS First Class International and have tracking available for most destinations*

*Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland

Do you ship to the UK?

Unfortunately at this time we are not shipping to the UK.

How long will shipping take?

Depending where you live, orders should take 1 week (in the US) to 3 weeks (internationally). However, we have had orders take 3 months to get to Australia.

What would happen if the package never reached me?

For domestic orders we'd remake the set and ship it again with no extra cost. For international orders we'd have to work something out on a case by case basis.

Is the quality of B-grade dice drastically different from the A-grade counterparts?

Our B-grades have a few imperfections ranging from sanding scuffs to minor bubbles. On every B-grade set, there are pictures of the flaws for people to view before buying.

What are Raw sets?

Dice that haven’t been sanded, inked, or polished. These dice are right out of the molds and still have their sprue marks. You get to fully customize them (matte finish, glossy finish, ink the numbers, etc.)

Do you do dice commissions?

Occasionally. Commissions were backing up, so now we will only accept commission slots to those supporting our Patreon (check our tiers for details).

Do you restock old sets?

We do! However, we no longer hold requested sets for individuals. There were so many requests, that we were unable to make anything new for our dice drops. We will now remake a few requested sets a month in the order they were requested in, and put them up on our dice drops (sold on a first come first serve basis).

Do you do dice bag commissions?

Unfortunately, no. I work with an extremely small sewing station (it’s literally a sewing machine on top of a night stand). I have space for storing very little fabric. However, if you see fabric you like that I’ve worked with before, let me know and I’ll see if it’s re-orderable.
